Food and Wine
On a catered holiday, included in the price of your stay is a hearty breakfast and freshly baked cake for afternoon tea every day with a delicious 4 course evening meal with wine 6 nights out of 7.
Breakfast – fruit juices, freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat, cereals and porridge, fresh fruit and yoghurt with a different cooked option every day and tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Continental breakfast only is served on the day off.
We serve pre-dinner drinks and nibbles followed by a delicious four course meal 6 nights out of 7, accompanied by high-quality, carefully chosen, house wines.
A Typical Menu
- Local homemade beaufort tart with dressed salad leaves
- Pork fillet with mustard and herbs with homemade ratatouille and potato gratin
- Blueberry swirl cheesecake and cream
- Selection of local and regional cheeses
We also cater for vegetarian, special diets and children.
On her day off, Margaret will recommend and book good local restaurants, the closest and best being the wonderful Chez Merie in the village, a 2 minute walk away.
